| 1 | Drain the juice from the oranges, reserving 45ml (3tablespoons). | |||||||||
| 2 | Place the mustard into a large shallow pan, stir in the reserved juice, oranges, dried onion and seasoning. | |||||||||
| 3 | Divide the fish fillets into four portions and place in the pan, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. | |||||||||
