I think this is up your street!
It is relatively expensive but Somerfield's Rich Tomato Sauce with Mascarpone
Cheese and Cream is recommended. Do NOT add extra cheese at it will spoil the
subtlety. I ate mine with meat balls (lamb) and pasta (tricolore Ruote) and
sugar snap peas, not a recipe but just what I had handy and needing eating up.
PS: Next time, I will probably do a condensed (or reduced) tinned creamy
tomato sauce with cheddar, garlic and basil.
Definitely one to try out.
