Thought you might like this one. The recipe is to serve 4 but can be adjusted accordingly and its very simple.
You will need:
4 cooked chicken breasts
1 tin of asparagus spears (optional)
1 small can of Campbells condensed chicken soup
1 small carton of single cream
2 tablespoons of mango chutney
1 teaspoon of curry powder
A few drops of Tabasco
Red Leicester cheese (grated)
There you have it. Very little preparation time and very tasty. If you dont like asparagus of are having a frugal week you could always replace the asparagus with part-cooked broccoli.
