browser
Excel: Download a working spreadsheet version that can calculate the
ingredients required for various numbers of portions. This version can
also cost the dish. Please note this version can only be viewed online
if you have set up excel as a helper in your browser, otherwise the
recipes need to be downloaded.
Libraries
Excel Student Version : enables students to keep a record of preparation
and cookery for their portfolios - These are available in the CG Recipes
Folder and are numbered. Download index to identify the recipes you
want.
