The Appetite for Wales competition will be judged by representatives of the South Wales Guild of Chefs.

Appetite for Wales will be launched at the Mini Plated Salon Culinaire on the 10th January 2001. This event is run by the Guild.

The Finals will be held at the same time as the South Wales Chef of the Year Competition.
