Chocolate rocky road

Chocolate rocky road made with milk chocolate, marshmallows, walnuts and pecans. The recipe serves 4; change the portions and units below and the amounts update.

Method

  1. Line a baking sheet 6 x 10 inches with greaseproof paper.

  2. Melt the chocolate, then stir in the marshmallows and nuts.

  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and smooth over.

  4. Ensure all nuts and marshmallows are covered with chocolate.

  5. Leave to set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before breaking into bite size pieces.

Tip: tap a step to tick it off as you cook.

Chef’s notes

  • Banana rocky road - substitute 125g of dried banana chips for the marshmallows and nuts.
