Chocolate sauce - Milk

Chocolate sauce - Milk made with cornflour, milk, cocoa powder and caster sugar. The recipe serves 10; change the portions and units below and the amounts update.

  • Serves 10

Method

  1. Dilute cornflour with a little milk mix in cocoa.

  2. Boil remainder of milk - pour a little onto the cornflour mixture - whisk in remainder of milk.

  3. Return to saucepna stir to boil mix in sugar and butter until dissloved.
