Lemon Possit

Lemon Possit made with lemon, lemon zest, dry white wine and caster sugar. The recipe serves 4; change the portions and units below and the amounts update.

Method

  1. Mix together the lemon, wine and sugar.

  2. Put the cream in a mixing bowl, refrigerate well.

  3. Add the two together and whisk until light and thick.

  4. Place in tall glasses and chill. Keep covered.

  5. Decorate accordingly with a crystallised zest of lemon.
