Rose scented - Baked Rice Pudding

Rose scented - Baked Rice Pudding made with short grain rice, milk, caster sugar and butter. The recipe serves 8; change the portions and units below and the amounts update.

  • Serves 8

Method

  1. Wash rice, place in pie dishes add sugar and milk, cream & rosewater.

  2. Sprinkle surface with nutmeg and knobs of butter.

  3. Place onto a baking sheet and into a preheated oven 150C for approx two hours.

  4. Remove clean edges with a damp cloth.

Tip: tap a step to tick it off as you cook.
