Citrus Cocktail

Citrus Cocktail made with pink grapefruit, stanard grapefruit, orange and kiwi fruit. The recipe serves 2; change the portions and units below and the amounts update.

Method

  1. Arrange grapefruit and orange segments in a 3" pastry ring.

  2. Surround with syrup on a 9" plate.

  3. Decorate top with slices kiwi, decorate with cherry and angelica.

  4. Decorate dish with fillets of orange, place a diamond of angelica on each.

  5. Finally dust with the sugar.
