Hello,

It is relatively expensive but Somerfield's Rich Tomato Sauce with Mascarpone Cheese and Cream is recommended. Do NOT add extra cheese at it will spoil the subtlety. I ate mine with meat balls (lamb) and pasta (tricolore Ruote) and sugar snap peas, not a recipe but just what I had handy and needing eating up.

PS: Next time, I will probably do a condensed (or reduced) tinned creamy tomato sauce with cheddar, garlic and basil.
